After going 7 hours without electricity at my house, I decided I needed an emergency light in the utility room of my house.  I have very basic needs but I did want a lithium iron phosphate battery for life span longevity and these aren't that common (at this point in time).  The install was straight forward.  To keep it simple and given my non-life-safety requirements, I cut off the end of an extension cord and wired it to the light so I could just plug it into an outlet.
